One main task of the Internet & Media Team was the development and maintenance of a Web site to demonstrate the goal of our project to the general public and especially to create an online presence for the World Forum for Democracy in Strasbourg from 7th – 9th November this year. In the beginning creating a Web page doesn’t seem to be very complicated, but it is indeed. First you need to overcome the obstacle to find a good provider to run your Web site. After you’ve found the right provider you can start creating and structuring your Web page. By using the dedicated Web Content Management System as well as all administrative steps, you can fill your Web page with interesting content. Besides creating a Web page it was also our task to create a “facebook” page.
